OFFER! Only
hours after we were assigned a MLS number we received an offer. The couple came for a showing Thursday afternoon and put in an offer Thursday night! Brad and I went to counter offer last night and are waiting to hear the buyers decision. We will hear from them before 5:00 p.m. tonight. Kind of exciting. We have 4 more showings this weekend and Monday, so we are staying optimistic about the whole thing. More comments to come...
